Modern homes and workshops require not only tailor-made electrical sockets, switches and distribution boards, but often also installation components that will be used outdoors or in work areas. Increased expectations concerning robustness and ergonomics mean that only certain products are suitable for more difficult applications.

The ELEKTRO-PLAST Nasielsk’s offering has been recently expanded to include portable sockets and plugs. Namely, two portable sockets, two plugs, and one three-way adapter. They have been all designed for single-phase current of up to 16 A and 250 V and—importantly—feature IP54 protection rating.

The implemented UNI-SCHUKO standard guarantees compatibility with any electrical equipment used in Poland. Rubber coating not only seals the connector but also provides a secure grip. Furthermore, all listed products feature an additional bracket for hanging or mounting the socket or plug in another manner. Also worth mentioning are the flexible cable clamps, which facilitate the installation of cables up to 2.5 mm2 in cross section.

The three-way adapter shares features with other sockets in the series and, like all of them, it’s integrated with rubber plugs to protect the connectors from water ingress.

All plugs distributed by ELEKTRO-PLAST Nasielsk are black; however, the flanged versions have red elements on the casing, making it easier to see the plug or socket from a distance. Moreover, there is no fear that the plug is damaged, even if a vehicle accidentally runs over it. The high strength of the materials used is rated at IK08. >>see more<<
